Society for Public Health Education Webinar

July 29, 2009 from 2:00 - 3:30 EST

This webinar discussed the progression of the current health reform legislation moving through the House and Senate. It highlighted priority provisions in the bills in both chambers, including health equity and prevention and wellness. Participants heard first hand from expert speakers regarding best practices in ensuring these priorities are included in the final health reform bill through advocacy activities at the national and local levels.

Note: I found this webinar a day too late, but the recording will be available by August 14 on the Society for Public Health Education's self study website.

The slides are on that website as well, in addition to recordings to past webinars.
