The 60-minute session will explain the evolution of cultural competence frameworks and their impact on the fields of substance abuse treatment and justice. Presenters will identify tools to increase anti-oppressive practice specific to Reclaiming Futures, a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
