National Partnership for Action to End Health Disparities


Nominations will be accepted until July 18, 2011. Nominations are being accepted for membership on Regional Health Equity Councils that are being established by the National Partnership for Action to End Health Disparities(NPA).

The NPA is a public-private initiative that seeks to mobilize a nationwide, comprehensive, community-driven, and sustained approach to combating health disparities and to move the nation toward achieving health equity.
