Webinar Highlights:

The webinar will include:

·      A short overview of the Health in All Policies approach.   

                                                       

·      An introduction to the work of the Baltimore's Cross Agency Health Taskforce. This Taskforce, through successful collaboration, has allowed for the area’s social and built environment to be more supportive of  physical activity.

·      Examine Sonoma County’s Health Action, which identifies specific recommendations to promote a community’s overall health and improve health care delivery.

·      Provide a history and accomplishments of the highlighted programs, and a discussion of the lessons learned from these exciting local initiatives.
