Opportunities for Public Comment

The Department of the Treasury and Internal Revenue: Proposed regulations on the Employer Shared Responsibility provisions under the Affordable Care Act now open for public comment. Shared Responsibility for Employers Regarding Health Coverage. Written or electronic comments must be received by March 18, 2013. Directions on how to comment 


A March 2012 Presidential Memorandum established an interagency working group on the intersection of three critical health topics: HIV/AIDS, violence against women and girls, and gender-related health disparities. Through January 20, 2013, the working group is accepting public submissions of individual stories, experiences and comments that link these cross-cutting issues and illustrate the challenges in defining solutions.
