Participate in and support your commUNITY Health Equity Day of Action. Health disparities among racial and ethnic minorities are a serious issue and each Health Equity Day of Action is intended to raise awareness and promote health equity, but this doesn’t mean they can’t still be interactive and fun। We’re aiming for an environment with compelling and knowledgeable speakers and practical activities that meet daily health needs, such as health fairs with screenings and activities for young people. Check and see what’s available near you. Then spread the word and attend!
