American Public Health Association 141st Annual Meeting and Expo

The APHA 141st Annual Meeting and Exposition will take place November 2–6 in Boston. Registration and housing for the Annual Meeting opened June 3. Discounted registration fees will be available until August 22. Opening General Session speakers include attorney and spokesperson on leadership and public issues, Sarah Weddington, internationally acclaimed epidemiologist, Michael Marmot, and Boston Mayor, Thomas Menino. The Closing General Session will focus on the health of native people. Keynote speaker Evan Tlesla Adams will share his experience as British Columbia’s first-ever aboriginal health physician advisor.
